Yes, our homes are built with certain features included in the quoted price. And we offer many upgrades so that you can customize the features of your new home to suit your taste and budget.
We install R-13 fiberglass batt insulation in all exterior walls and R-30 blown-in fiberglass insulation in attic spaces over living areas. Our windows are quality constructed using energy efficient, insulated low-e glass. Air conditioning systems in our new homes are 13 seer and charged with the newest type of freon, 410A. Other types of energy efficient items can be included in your new home.
We work with a number of banks and mortgage companies that we can put you in contact with to provide financing for your new home.
That depends on the type of construction you choose. Differences in construction materials, specifications, and options all affect the square foot price. You want the best house for the money –– and that means comparing framing materials, insulation, foundation, finished flooring, appliances, and many other factors that change from builder to builder.
Premium windows, vaulted ceilings, hardwood floors, granite countertops, and other options might also change the square foot cost. We aim to work with our customers to build the best house in terms of both design and cost to provide you with maximum value.
We use only the most experienced, knowledgeable craftspeople in the construction of our new homes. Some of our trade contractors have been with us for 20 to 25 years. As a result, we know our craftspeople and don't have to turn to the Yellow Pages when we're ready to start a house. We believe that the labor with which homes are constructed is the life-blood of our business. Without quality trade contractors as our partners, it's impossible to build a quality home.
That depends on the geographic location and the home itself. Generally it takes from 3 to 6 months to build a new home.
Yes. All of our homes are covered by a 1 year limited warranty. Additionally some of the components of your new home are covered by manufacturer’s warranties that are for longer duration.
